Spring Loaded Disk Support

It is possible to unlock the disk support and enable a spring loaded movement, changing the angle of the disk, increasing its penetration inside the rim. Particularly effective with soft tyres.

PAR-MOVE SYSTEM [GIULIANO PATENT]

Robust fixed vertical tower with innovative PAR-MOVE parallelogram operating arm [Giuliano Patent] allows to install S121 tyre changer in a working space corresponding to its actual overall dimensions inside the tyre shop with no extra rear and side space required. The new design makes S121 extremely robust and stiff, granting increased rigidity and eliminating all flexes, and memorizing working position.

Function:

  1. Robust fixed vertical tower with innovative parallelogram operating arm (PAR-MOVE Concept);
  2. Double arm/disk air operated bead breaker system;
  3. Bead breaker disks are slightly but purposely misaligned with the rim center for a better and faster penetration and immediate bead loosening, Center Driven Concept (Giuliano patent);
  4. Reinforced Chassis. Fixed vertical tower and parallelogram operating arm makes the tyre changer extremely robust and stiff, granting increased rigidity and eliminating all flexes;
  5. Operated by pedal and control console;
  6. Patented SMART LOCK ultra-quick wheel clamping system, through cone and shaft with Smart Lock nut;
  7. Equipped with Lever - NO Lever tyre mounting/demounting system, Giuliano Patent, with combined option through patented Lever - NO Lever device;
  8. Double rotation speed by pedal (motoinverter);
  9. Tyre inflation by pedal (standard);
  10. Equipped with BP1 Plus bead pressing arm (standard), complete with self-storage function, Giuliano patent;
  11. Equipped with Box 120 Tools Storage Box (standard);
  12. Suitable for Wheel Lifter and tubeless tyre bead seating system (optional).
